You must be 18 years old or older to commission me. 

To commission me, fill out this form OR send me an email with the following information:

• Your name/username + pronouns to refer you by
• Your paypal email (if different than your email)
• What you want (e.g. waistup B&W simple illustration with background)
• Visual references (links or attachments are fine) [REQUIRED]
• A summary of your commission
• Whether you want it private or public
• … and if public, your permission to post WIPs online and/or on my Ko-Fi

Make sure to have all references ready; text-based references are subject to higher rates. 

All correspondence will be done through email only. I sometimes accept Twitter DMs for minor adjustments or questions but everything else must be done through email.

Payment is done through Paypal only and is required upfront unless discussed beforehand. You will receive invoices only; no other methods are accepted.

Turnaround Time

Commissions on average take 1-3 weeks to complete depending on the workload and your response time for evaluations. You can request no evaluation stages for a quicker process, but it will be completed as is except for missing details. I will always inform you if there are any delays so if I haven’t responded in a while, you can just nudge me.

Specifics

The pricing provided above is for personal, one-off commissions only. If you want to sell the work on t-shirts, stickers, prints, CDs, etc. this is considered COMMERCIAL work and will cost more on a case-by-case basis. See the “Commercial Work” section for more details.

All commissions are waist-up by default so if you just want a chest-up portrait (not headshot), you can request it for no extra charge. If you want a headshot, then that falls under icons.

All work is done on an A4 canvas at 300dpi by default and will be sent as a jpeg through e-mail. You can request TIFF or PNG files for no extra charge. You may ask for a US letter-sized canvas at no extra cost. Larger canvases and resolutions cost more, smaller ones cost the same as the starting rate.

I also ask for your (if you want your commission to be public) permission to post WIPs of your commission online and/or on my Ko-Fi. I can make the WIPs available to everyone or only exclusively to my Ko-Fi, or not at all— by default I keep them private, so just let me know.

Sending Payment

For invoices, you will have 30 days to pay in full or it will be cancelled.

Do’s and Dont’s

I will draw anything (furry, lgbt, ocs, fanart, etc) except stuff I don’t fancy. NSFW commissions are done under a different username, email me for further details.

I don’t work for free. No lowballing. Period.

Refund Policy

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR COMPLETED PROJECTS. If you don’t like where it’s going before it’s done, let me know and I will refund you up to 50% of the initial payment.

Commercial Work

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for Generative AI, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrency, or any other form of blockchain-based technology. Use of the artwork for advertising or profits associated with Generative AI, NFTs or blockchain technology is strictly prohibited.

If you would like to commission artwork for commercial use (advertisement, publishing, novel covers, t-shirts, etc) please specify this in your inquiry with a budget ready so that I can provide you with additional information upon response. Commercial rates are decided upon a case-by-case basis and are subject to higher commission rates.

Rights

You may edit, crop or repost the artwork (with credit due) wherever you want but you can’t sell the artwork by any means if it was made for personal use.

All communication between us will remain confidential unless you grant me limited permission to post WIPs, or, on the negative side, act inappropriately towards me.

The final work will be posted onto my portfolio and social media. Please ask to opt-out.

Copyright

For all non-commercial (personal) commissions, I retain 100% rights to the image (but not the characters unless they are my own) which will be used in my portfolio and social media accounts. You may request to opt-out of this at any time.
